TRS consolidates 2 office locations with a move to their new premises at Huntingwood, NSW.

Transport Refrigeration Services, one of the leading service providers to Australia’s refrigerated transport sector, has announced a move to a new state of the art, expanded premises at Huntingwood in New South Wales.

After sixteen years operating from two sites in Sydney, including the company Head Office in Arndell Park, the move to the new purpose designed premises at 3 Distillers Place Huntingwood will consolidate Transport Refrigeration Service's businesses, which include Thermo King, Anteo, Thermaxx Truck Body, Bus Air Conditioning and Refrigerated Truck Rental.

Following a prolonged period of expansion for Transport Refrigeration Services (TRS), the new state of the art premises is the culmination of a two year period of research and consultation and is designed to provide greater convenience for customers and enhanced customer service.

The new Huntingwood premises is 20,000 square metres and features dedicated workshops for Anteo, Thermo King, Thermaxx, Cargo Tech and Buss & Coach. The new premises also features an administration block including dedicated customer facilities, an expansive office space, with a staff and customer training centre.

The multimillion dollar investment will provide a one stop solution for TRS’s customers, with all key services including products, parts and repairs, TRS Roadside Assist, truck rentals are now managed and run from the new Huntingwood premises.

“Our specialised diagnostic and servicing equipment, along with the scale of truck repairs and maintenance, requires purpose built areas which are significant in size. We have invested heavily in the latest hi-tech equipment and inventory - our new custom built parts area alone contains over $2 million worth of parts and equipment. The whole purpose of this move is to provide greater convenience for our customers and an extension and enhancement of our customer service,” said Managing Director Greg Woodley.

TRS’s Cargo and RTR Refrigerated Truck Rentals have already successfully moved to the new Huntingwood premises and the other business services will complete the move on the 23rd of May 2011.

New South Wales customers can continue to reach TRS on 02 8822 8100 and the Roadside Assist number remains unchanged on 1800 800 532. Customers who visit the new Huntingwood premises will be welcomed in a new purpose built showroom area.
